How to Apply for Membership

To become a member of the "Friends of Pool 9" you must agree to support the mission and goals of the Friends of Pool 9 - Upper Miss Refuge, Inc. and abide by the current and future bylaws if amended. We would welcome your membership if you have an interest in our group. Better yet, if you have a passion for the river, perhaps we can even find some ways for you to help us out.

We do not have any annual membership fees. We rely on goodwill donations and the generous support of our members to help accomplish our goals. We are working toward reducing as many operational costs as we can. We want to put your generous donations into on the ground projects that benefit the resources. One of the ways we can reduce rates is through the use of the internet. If you have an email address we would appreciate your letting us know what it is. We can save several dollars per member per year by using the internet to send you important information versus mailing it to you. All email addresses are kept confidential and used solely to communicate with you our members. We will make every effort to limit the email information we send you to important communications about upcoming events or issues that we feel are important to our membership base.

If at any time you feel you are receiving too much information, simply let us know and we will be sure to correct the situation.
